Please read these conditions carefully before visiting or shopping on the website. By visiting or shopping on the website, you (referred to as "you", "customer", "user" or "buyer") acknowledge and agree to accept these terms and conditions.

User Account

You must register as a member on the website to make purchases, use certain services, and enjoy special promotions and activities.

For security reasons, each customer can only create one registered account by default. For customers who try to create multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend the account without notice.

According to customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee's name, address and payer's name should be valid. In some countries/regions, the consignee may need to submit their ID or passport to clear the package or verify payment. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide on the website. If any information is incorrect and prevents any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, MMN will not take any responsibility and will not provide any compensation in this case.

MMN will always abide by the law, and we urge users to do the same. As an importer, customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of their own country.


Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may sometimes occur. If this happens, MMN will not accept your order. If there is an error, you will receive a complete explanation and a corrected quotation. Likewise, customers cannot benefit from any errors or errors that affect the website. Any such benefits will be considered unfair and the customer will be obliged to waive these benefits immediately. The information displayed is considered an invitation, not a confirmed sales offer. The contract is confirmed when the goods are supplied.

Due to the popularity and/or supply constraints of certain products offered on the website, MMN may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. MMN reserves the right to change the quantity available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.

After the order is shipped, the third-party logistics company is solely responsible for transportation. At this stage, all ownership of the product belongs to the buyer; therefore, all related responsibilities and risks in the transportation process are borne by the buyer.

Cancel the order

Customers can cancel the order at any time before shipment; please contact our Support Center. However, once an order is issued, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Shipping and delivery

Processing time: order verification, quality inspection and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for shipment within 2-4 working days after placing the order. After the product leaves the factory, it usually takes 10 to 20 working days to receive the goods, depending on your alternative location. After the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take. 

Please note that delivery time does not include processing time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the carrying capacity of every logistics channel declines, and the logistics transportation is generally slower than before.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once the package is sent, MMN will not be able to change your delivery address, and MMN is not responsible for packages that are lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

MMN is not responsible for any import taxes that may occur, if any, payment of this fee is the full responsibility of the customer. Please note that the shipping guarantee does not cover any customs issues, including but not limited to the destruction or confiscation of the goods due to the illegal status of the goods in any particular destination country/region.

We have 3 charging methods: a. Exchange and return (money back guarantee)

If you are not completely satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can initiate a return request within 7 days after receipt ("refund guarantee"). After the goods arrive, if you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically use the original payment method to refund within 14 working days. The exact length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc.). Items must be in the original packaging, all original boxes must be intact, and must include all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and gifts, as well as all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer and MMN.

Before returning any items, you must first contact us Refund Request. Products returned privately will not be refunded.

The money-back guarantee does not cover bulk/wholesale and custom orders.

The cost of shipping back to MMN is paid by the customer. We generally cannot refund your postal fees.

Any returned products that are found to be free of defects can be refunded within the above-mentioned time. Products found to have been tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but returned by the customer at their own expense.

By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to MMN. MMN is not responsible for any bank charges or exchange rate charges that may occur, and is not aware of it. Product Description

From time to time, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice. If you change the key product specifications after you place the order or within 7 days of delivery, you can cancel and return the order for a full refund.


The prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If your package is inspected by the local customs and deemed taxable, the price does not include value-added tax, import tax and customs duties. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees.

Customer Behavior

Although MMN will always strive to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior towards our customer service team members.

For example, unacceptable behavior directed at customer service personnel or MMN may include any of the following:

Offensive, abusive and threatening behavior. Examples include: any and all direct or implicit threats on any communication channel; intimidating language; personal and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic or derogatory speech; rude; inflammatory speech; swearing; and unsubstantiated Allegations.

Although the problem has been fully resolved, we still insist on making habitual demands or unreasonable complaints; similarly, despite providing reasonable and fair solutions according to our policies, repeated complaints still exist.

Request, expect or require employees to violate established company policy guidelines, such as refund amount, timetable, special compensation, etc.; similarly, seek unrealistic results beyond the scope of our own policies and procedures.

After providing a formal response, repeatedly change the nature (or focus) of the complaint or the desired outcome to some extent.

Compared with the total purchase value history, there are too many complaints.

For this type of behavior, the complainant may be notified and formally notified of the following:

Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening and totally unacceptable.

They must avoid the use of such language, intimidation and threats.

If they insist on this behavior, no further letters will be exchanged on this matter.

MMN reserves the right to no longer accept customer orders in the future without prior notice.
