1.Fill in the application form

2.Upload pictures of products in question

① You will receive a confirmation email from the system, asking for confirmation of the product status;

② The photos you need to take, including the packing box, accessories, warranty card, and details of damaged goods;

③ Reply to the confirmation email sent by the system and attach a photo.

 

3.Waiting for confirmation

The staff will review your return application. After the review is completed, a notification will be sent to you via email.

 

4.Return the goods

After confirmation, you can send the goods back to our warehouse. After our warehouse receives and checks your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods, and we will also notify you of the approval/ Decline your refund.

 

5.Refund

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically use the original payment method to refund within 14 working days.


Remark:

1. The goods cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days of receipt.

2. The original shipping cost of the returned product is non-refundable.

3. Customers need to pay the return postage by themselves.

4. The returned goods must be in a state of maintaining the integrity of the goods (including the goods and their accessories, instructions, shopping vouchers, packaging, anti-counterfeiting labels, etc.), and does not affect secondary sales.

5. Food products are special products. Once sold, they cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.

6. The goods are damaged due to personal reasons and will not be returned.

7. Products that are missing or cannot match the main product such as accessories, warranty cards, etc. will not be returned.

8. There is a color difference between the actual product and the website picture, which is not a quality problem and will not be returned.

9. Free gifts and promotional items are not refundable.

10. The rules and product details page of this website stipulate that products that do not support returns will not be returned.

11. MMN reserves the right to consider the exchange/return conditions according to the company's policy.
